4. Epsom Salt
Taking a bath is a great way to relax. Adding in some Epsom salt can be extremely beneficial. Epsom salts can help to relieve sore muscles and other aches and pains that you may be experiencing. As an added bonus, epsom salt can also help with the treatment of boils. The salt can help to dry out the pus that is inside the boil.
When the pus begins to dry out, the boil will then drain. In order to use epsom salts as a home remedy you can dissolve some epsom salt in some warm water and then soak a washcloth or compress in it. Apply this compress to the area where the boil is located. Keep it on the area for around 20 minutes. You should do this about three times each day. Alternatively, you can add about a cup of epsom salt to a warm bath and soak in the tub.
