3. Sugar Scrub
A simple sugar scrub is a great way to exfoliate your skin: It can take care of several skin problems at once, including stretch marks and blackheads.
There are several ways to make use of a sugar scrub. The simplest is just mixing in some fine sugar (brown sugar is best) with your usual face soap, but we figure you might as well put some more effort into it if you’re going to make a face scrub. You can add some sugar to a base of coconut oil with a drop or two of essential oils for your own great-smelling face scrub, or you can even mix in some lemon juice.
There’s no need to rub your skin raw: A simple, five minute scrub as part of your daily routine after or during a shower should be more than enough. Remember never to rub already raw or irritated skin with sugar – this can make conditions such as acne and a rash worse.
