There are many ways to get the circulation in your feet and legs moving again, and one of the best ways is to get up and go for a walk. Make sure that you don’t over-exert yourself, and go for short walks first – then longer ones as you adjust your fitness level. For varicose veins, you also want to make sure that you aren’t wearing clothing, socks or shoes that restrict your movement and interfere with your circulation in any way as this can worsen the condition considerably.
