3. Baking Soda
Baking soda isn’t just for baking. You can also use it to clean, and you can use it to stop an attack of indigestion. All you have to do is dissolve a little baking soda in a glass of water and drink it, the same way you would with some other heartburn medications. It does much the same thing as fruit salts, and neutralizes the acid trapped in the stomach that’s usually causing the problem.
It doesn’t necessarily taste great, but it doesn’t have to when it works. There has been a huge health movement that has hailed baking soda as the new cancer cure, often reporting that the medical profession has been keeping this “wonder cure” from the public for hundreds of years: Simply put, this is dangerous advice, and you should never use baking soda to think that you can miraculously cure a condition that needs serious medical treatment.
