2. Root Vegetables
It’s not just potatoes that are safe to eat: any fruit or vegetable should be free from gluten as long as it has been prepared in a clean environment. This of course is something to check with the venue or the retailer – and it is always worth asking before you eat. As long as due diligence has been taken though, then you can eat carrots, broccoli, potatoes and whatever else you like on the side of your meal in order to enjoy a little extra energy and stodge for your meals.
