3. Too much Heat
So, have your parents ever told you that it’s best to stay out of the sun? You should know that this isn’t only good advice to pass along, it also happens to be completely and entirely true: If you are getting too much heat, this literally increases the temperature of your body too far higher than what it should be, and this can lead to a huge variety of health problems arising – from sunburn, which most people know is extremely painful, to heatstroke, which is usually a combination of sunburn and extreme dehydration that will leave you feeling sick, groggy, tired and nauseous – and it can be deadly.
But, getting too much heat can also go on to cause other things, like the nose that begins to bleed simply because the body is overheating: There’s far too much blood pressure to go around, the body responds by starting to bleed.
