1. Sugar
This sounds like a no brainer, and for good reason. Sugar is a term that we used to refer to a handful of carbohydrates, especially glucose, which is the main source of quick energy for our bodies. There are many ailments that are high in sugar or even one hundred percent sugar, and if you are on a no-carb diet, you should avoid them from day one.
Aliments that are high in sugar include ice cream, chocolate, and pastries, but also some other foods that maybe you didn’t realize how high in sugar they were. For example, many breakfast bowls of cereal are covered in glucose, and sports drinks tend to have a high carb count. Even natural fruit juice can have just as much sugar as a regular cola drink.
