The body is exposed to thousands of different chemicals and pathogens every day, and even if you were to move to the cleanest place on earth you wouldn’t be able to avoid exposure to toxins entirely. They’re everywhere, and the most we can do to stay healthy is to learn ways in which to minimize the risk of exposure or damage, for example by choosing fresh and organic produce over-processed foods and exercising regularly.
Detoxifying the body is vital if you want to keep your health in good condition. It improves your immune system, which means that you’ll get sick a lot less, and it means that you will be less prone to bladder and kidney infections that are a common cause of losing bladder control and adult bedwetting.
There are a thousand more reasons why you should detoxify, but the most important thing to know is that it’s better for your health to do it.
