Diet changes can be a symptom of PMS, too: We’re not just talking about the fact that you might have to change to a healthier, fresher diet when you’re going through PMS. We mean that your diet is bound to change anyway. Have you been experiencing any type of weird food cravings lately? Listen to them and find the nutrient behind the craving – your body is usually trying to tell you that you are in need of this particular nutrient.

Almost every craving has a nutritional root: And if you get to the bottom of it, then you’ll be able to put a stop to the craving at the same time. Drastic diet changes and cravings just happen because your body is changing: It’s the same when you’re pregnant.
