1.Apple cider vinegar
is one natural way to clean clogged ears. In order to benefit from it, you’ll need to use the right amount. If you use too much, it may cause damage inside of your ear canal. You’ll only need one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of distilled water, and a dropper. Droppers can be purchased at the pharmacy. Mix the ingredients together and with the dropper place three to four drops in your ear.
Tilt your head to the opposite side to allow the mixture to stay inside of the ear. Leave your head tilted for about five minutes. It may be easier to lie down when you do this since you have to have your head in one position for so long. The apple cider vinegar and water should be used no more than twice a day.
