3. Back Pain
Back pain is a common symptom that is seen in a lot of women during the last phases of their pregnancy; this is expected, usually due to the pressure that the added weight of the baby will put on the body – and this is something that will usually just take some moderate physical therapy to improve after the pregnancy itself.
But in some cases, there are added health conditions that can place added pressure on the body. These conditions can include HELLP Syndrome, and might also include other conditions such as scoliosis (curvature of the spine) or arthritis that is affecting the back.
These added elements can easily mean that the back pain during pregnancy is considered to be automatically more severe, and means that you should make an immediate appointment with your doctor. With some help, even back pain as a result of HELLP Syndrome can be successfully treated.
