3. Exercise
Exercising is important for a person’s health in general. When it comes to constipation there are mixed results about whether or not exercising actually helps with this issue. However, while exercising may not directly affect how many times a person poops, there is information that shows that exercising can help to reduce some of the symptoms that are associated with constipation.
The fact is that if you are suffering from constipation, getting some exercise is not going to hurt anything. You can simply go for a walk once a day. This is very beneficial to your health and in addition, it could help get things moving through your digestive system. When things are moving, you may get some relief from your constipation. Even if exercising does not cause you to go to the bathroom right away, it encourages blood flow and is something that is good for your health overall.
