2. Dairy Intolerance
Some people have a sensitivity to dairy. This sensitivity is referred to as being lactose intolerance, and it is fairly common. People who have lactose intolerance will have digestive issues when they eat any type of dairy. Those who suffer from lactose intolerance do not make enough of the enzyme lactase. Lactase is necessary for the digestion of lactose. Some of the common symptoms of lactose intolerance include diarrhea, bloating, and abdominal cramps.
People who have a dairy intolerance may also notice that after they eat any type of dairy product, their stomach makes gurgling noises. If you suffer from lactose intolerance, the best thing that you can do is avoid any products that contain dairy. This includes milk, cheese, butter, and yogurt. Some other foods often contain lactose as an ingredient such as cookies, chocolate, and baked dishes with creamy sauces.
