6. Lavender
Lavender is one of the most fragrant herbs of the entire plant kingdom, and it’s essential that everyone should have somewhere in their gardens if they’re trying to attract bees – or repel the kind of bugs that will make a go straight for their selection of planted vegetables. Not only that, but lavender is just as great if you’re looking to get back to a normal sleep pattern – or hoping to remove tension from tired and aching muscles.
The symptoms of osteomyelitis include pain in the bones and muscles, and this is the part of the condition where lavender is best applied – add some lavender to your bath, or make a simple tincture added to regular skin cream and apply directly to the areas that hurt. Like the case with most herbs mentioned on this list, it can also be brewed into a simple tea – and tastes comparatively better than aloe.
