The easiest way to counteract the tropical climate risk factor is by getting yourself an air conditioner that’ll cool the temperature of your home.
While it may seem rather expensive to rely on air conditioning, you’ll be glad you did when you see your neighbors suffering from prickly heat rashes due to the hot and humid climate. If you want to cut down on your power usage then you could use your air conditioner to slightly lower the room temperature then combine it with an electric fan to improve ventilation. This hybrid approach tends to use less power since you won’t need to use the maximum setting on your air conditioner thanks to the fan.
