Place a towel over your forehead and put ice cubes in the towel. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Repeat this a few times a day. The tick that bit you is having an effect on you that is making you have a headache.
It is a good idea to rest until the headache goes away. Once it goes away, you’ll need to go to the doctor who will diagnose anaplasmosis. The doctor will prescribe medication for you to take. You’ll need to take the medicine as directed by the doctor. Even if your headache goes away, continue taking the medicine. If you stop too soon, the headache can come back.
