2. Stomach Pains
Stomach pains can be healed with basil. When you’re having upset stomach pains, just cut the basil up in your favorite dish. For instance, if you plan on eating some soup, chop the basil into your soup and enjoy it. Add as much basil to the dish as you want. You can also make tea and add basil to it.
Boil some water in a pan, pour the hot water in a cup, and place the tea bag in your cup. Ginger tea is one of the best teas to use with basil. Add a few basil leaves to your tea after it seeps. Let it sit for a few minutes so that the basil can absorb in the tea. If you can’t find ginger tea, just use plain warm water and a ½ teaspoon of fresh basil leaves. When you drink the tea or water with basil, drink it slowly.
