Lower right back pain is a big problem for many people. The pain can be mild and annoying, or it can be severe and debilitating. The cause of the pain can determine the severity of it and the type of treatment it requires.

While there are many different treatment options that can help improve back pain, but many of them require hospitalization, doctor appointment, or surgery. Some people prefer to treat the pain at home to see if it improves before they seek medical attention and diagnosis. If you are hoping to treat your own lower right back pain, you should try to determine the cause of the pain.

These care tips can help ease the pain and help you live a normal life. If you experience severe pain, other symptoms, or if the pain lasts more than a couple weeks, you should seek medical attention to determine the cause of the pain.

1. Improve Posture

Your posture can take a toll on your back. If you sit all day at a desk or stand all day for work, you probably experience lower back pain on your right side or in general. This is because your spine is not in the correct position to support your body, and too much pressure is being put on it.

Most people don’t realize they have poor posture. They think that because they can stand or sit comfortably for long periods, they are okay. When you have bad posture, your body may not hurt at the moment or while you are standing or sitting incorrectly, but will hurt after. Some people experience pain when they move around and walk or even attempt to relax.

Improving your posture will allow your spine to support your body properly and won’t put pressure on your lower back. It can take some time to get used to sitting or standing with the proper posture, but you should notice relief quickly.
