2. Prisoner Squats
A slightly easier form of squat that is less muscle-intensive, is the prisoner squat. Here, you will stand with your feet together or just very slightly apart. Now hold your arms out in front with your fingers outstretched.
Squat slowly directly down, not letting your knees protrude out infront of your toes and go as far as you can comfortably. You’ll feel a slight stretch, at which point, you can stand back up.
