The contact solution has been taken off of the market, but when it was available it didn’t protect the contact lens wearer from getting eye infections. When selecting a contact lens solution, use the one that is recommended by your eye specialist. Only your eye specialist knows what solution will work for your eyes. Don’t try to change eye solutions just because it’s cheaper. This will allow eye ulcers to occur. Pour out old contact solutions every day and clean the case thoroughly before placing a new solution in.
When cleaning out the contact lens case, always use a clean cloth. This will keep you from getting an eye infection. You won’t be able to wear your contacts until the infection goes away. The eye specialist may suggest wearing glasses instead of contacts.
