4. Getting a good night’s rest will help you if you are always tired.
Make sure to go to bed and get up the same time every morning. If you are talking on the phone, tell the person you have to go to bed. Turn the television off when it’s time for you to go to bed unless that helps you to sleep. If the television has to stay on, turn the volume down. It is a good idea to not take naps during the day. If you feel like taking a nap, do something to keep you busy, such as doing yard work or going for a walk.
Another way to go to sleep quickly at night is by reading a book or writing in a journal. Eventually, you’ll get tired and want to go to sleep. Make sure it’s completely dark in your room unless you happen to leave the television on.
