3. Changing Your Workstation
Sometimes, it can be beneficial to change up your workstation if you are having pinched nerves. A lot of people have office chairs that they have owned for years. These office chairs often sink to the floor and no longer have the ability to raise up with pneumatics. This means that you are a lot closer to the floor and that your posture has changed.
In addition, your desk may not have come at the right height. You may be looking up at a monitor or down at once. This can often be changed just by setting your monitor or keyboard on top of something else.
There are also desks these days that will convert into standing desks so when you start to feel pinched nerves and pain you can completely change your method of working so you are in a standing position. Of course, these are the most expensive solution to the problem.
