2. Cleansing Blackheads
Witch hazel is great for taking care of acne, even if you have been struggling with the problem for months or years at a time; but that’s not all it happens to be good for when it comes to your skin. Witch hazel is also excellent when it comes to cleansing blackheads. Apply it to your skin in the same way that you would witch hazel for treating acne, and incorporate this into your daily routine – morning and evening; you’ll see the results happen in a few days to a few weeks, depending on how much your skin might need it.
Remember that blackheads should never be squeezed or pressed, even when the temptation might be there – you will only risk causing further irritation for your skin and could only end up making the problem worse, or ensuring that it turns into an infection, which can be extremely unpleasant and harder to fix.
