2. Susceptibility to Heat
One piece of advice when it comes to low blood pressure is that you should avoid exposing yourself to very warm showers or saunas. That may seem like odd advice until you consider that it leads to vasodilation – the widening of the blood vessels – along with relaxation of the muscles and lower heartrate.
All this can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure which can make you feel dizzy and faint.
