2. Getting a Balanced Diet
Everyone knows that you should be getting a healthy diet, and you should be doing what you can to make sure that your diet is as healthy as possible – but very few people stop to think about what this means. Put in the simplest terms, you should go right back to the good old fashioned food pyramid: Your diet needs more of the bottom levels of the food pyramid and a little less of the top levels. It doesn’t mean that you should cut things like fats out completely, it just means that you should limit these.
A balanced diet has everything to do with how healthy you are in general, and how your immune system functions: It also has everything to do with how asthma affects your body. If you want to learn to manage your condition effectively, then you should start by taking a closer look at your diet and make whichever changes you can: Cut out fast food and go natural.
