The problem is when you rely on copious amounts of red meat, and especially when that red meat is processed burgers, sausages, and the like. Burgers contain unhealthy additives, bad fats, lots of extra salt and sugar, and all the negatives of the meat as well. Not only that, but processed foods tend to remove the nutrients that are actually good for you \u2013 so you don\u2019t get the improved immune system, sleep, or energy levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
