5. Cranberry Juice
Cranberry juice is vitamin-rich, healthy and tastes great, but that’s not all that it can do for your health – and if you’re struggling with a urinary tract or yeast infection, both of these conditions can be made a lot easier (and even brought under control completely) just with a few glasses of cranberry juice a few times per day for about a week to two weeks.
Cranberry juice works so well for controlling the condition because it’s great for a detox and it’s one of the easiest ways to cleanse your kidneys – and subsequently take care of a yeast infection by flushing the body of all its toxins and reintroducing the right pH that your body needs.
