4. Peppermint and Lavender Foot Cream
If you are suffering from aching feet that are cracked and just simply hurt all of the time a foot cream that contains lavender and peppermint can go a long way in healing what is aching. You can purchase a peppermint and lavender foot cream or you can make your own.
To make your own you will need ⅛ cup of cocoa butter, ½ tsp of beeswax, 1 ⅛ cup of shea butter, ¼ cup of aloe butter, ⅛ cup of avocado oil,⅛ cup vegetable glycerin (liquid), a tbsp of vitamin E oil, a tsp of tea tree oil, 2 tbsp of lavender oil, and a tsp of peppermint oil.
You will want to mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl or large container. Once they are mixed you will simply rub the mixture into your tired and aching feet. You will be amazed at how much better your feet will feel.
