Blisters are not a serious condition. You can treat them at home. If it becomes infected you will want to visit a doctor because it can spread and cause other problems with your body.
1. Tight shoes
Tight shoes can cause blisters. When you buy a new pair of shoes, they can rub against the skin, especially if you didn’t get a well-fitted pair. The more you walk in the shoes, blisters will form. It’s important to get fitted for the right side of the shoe before leaving the shoe store. You don’t want your shoes to fit too big or too small.
There should be enough room in the back and in the front of the foot. Try walking in the shoe while you’re at the shoe store. They should fit perfectly without any type of friction to the feet. Even if the shoes look cute, but your size isn’t in stock, there is no need to take a chance to wear a smaller size. Besides having blisters, your feet will be in a lot of pain at the end of the day because you were walking in tight shoes all day.
