7. Carrots
Carrots are wonderful vegetables which can do amazing things for the body. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene which is equivalent to vitamin A. This is a powerful antioxidant that can have a major detrimental effect on parasitic eggs before they can hatch.
Although carrots may not do a whole lot for the parasitic infection once in his get to the later stages, carrots can be another prong of your attack by eliminating the eggs that the parasite lanes. This also means that you are unlikely to spread the infection yourself.
Normally, the parasite eggs exit the body through the feces. In developed countries with toilets and sewage systems, this usually doesn’t matter because it is unlikely that anyone is going to get infected this way.
However, it is still a positive thing to have killed as many parasite eggs as possible before they are able to get out of the body.
