4. Use Good Posture
You would be surprised just how important posture is. We touched on in the last entry, but having good posture is extremely important in developing the natural tummy tuck.
The problem is, most people have extremely poor posture. This comes from simply not being taught what good posture is or not regarding it is important as well as the propensity to slouch on the couch or sit in our computer chairs hunched over for hours on end. But if you want a natural tummy tuck, then you may have to start paying more attention to having good posture.
You need to keep your tummy muscles taught by holding the men. You should do this every chance you get. Once it becomes a habit, your tummy will assist you in getting rid of those folds of skin and creating the perfect sixpack abs that you want.
