4. Avocado
Avocados are a fantastic superfood and they offer a ton of different health benefits. Not only is this a great source of saturated fats, it’s also a great source of protein, of omega 3 fatty acid (again!), of magnesium and more.
You’ll also get lutein, which is great for your energy levels as well as for your brain function. Avocado in itself makes a great snack but it can also be enjoyed on toast with a little lemon and pepper.
