4. Soda
Carbonated soda can definitely be one of the causes of bloating. Those bubbles that you love so much and carbonated soda, as well as other drinks like beer and champagne, can all be contributing causes to bloating. This is especially true if you are already sensitive to bloating. The problem is, when you drink soda or seltzer with this carbonation, you feel yourself up with gas.
Sometimes, you burp and these gases expelled, but more often than not it stays inside your get. That means that your stomach expands to its full capacity and you feel bloated. This is especially true if the gas reaches your intestines. It stays there until you pass it. Another thing to keep in mind is that most sodas are packed with sugar which can cause you to hold more water like salt and even contribute more to you feeling bloated.
