5. Eating Habits
Your eating habits may be to blame if you are feeling bloated. One of the things that we have already discussed is when your brain does not get the notification that your belly is full. This is due to people eating too fast. However, it is not the only bad eating habits and causes bloating.
Eating the wrong kinds of foods can also cause bloating, but the main thing here is that when you eat too fast you do not give your stomach time to let your brain know that you are full. This is actually common in members of the armed services. This is due to a poor policy within the armed services they require men and women to eat their food in a few minutes as possible. This means that they train their brain to continue eating even though they may have consumed enough food to fill them up.
