If kidney cancer spreads to other areas of the body it is called metastasis. There are several symptoms that may occur during this more advanced stage of the disease. Some of the more generalized symptoms of advanced kidney cancer include extreme fatigue and weakness. A person suffering from advanced kidney cancer may find that they are unusually tired all of the time. This extreme exhaustion may come in the form of not being able to do tasks that you normally would be able to easily complete.
Simply climbing the stairs may end up with a person being completely exhausted. In addition, a person suffering from kidney cancer may also feel extremely weak. Lifting anything may become nearly impossible. Fatigue, exhaustion, and weakness can also be accompanied by pain in different areas such as the perineum, the flank, or in the area located above the pubic bone.
