5. Bath
Thousands of poems and books have been written about just how great having a bath can make you feel; yes, it’s even in many medical volumes that a warm bath can have plenty of therapeutic benefits in a clinical setting. If you are sick, it’s natural for your muscles to tense up; this usually continues for the entire duration of the infection, although it might recur afterward or happen when you’re going through times of serious physical or emotional stress.
If you’re currently recovering from a rubella infection or rash, then a bath can do wonders for soothing the pain that comes along with the rash. It also tends to help with the associated muscle pain that happens when your body tenses up, and there are many herbs that can be added to your bath which can enhance the relaxing effect (of which lavender is just one of them).
Remember to check the temperature before getting in!
