We’ve already heard that vitamin C can help you to fight a cold and the same thing goes for a whole host of other vitamins and minerals that are known to strengthen your immune system.
If you can get more of the right nutrients from your diet, then you’ll be supporting your body in its fight against colds and flus.
Of course this is easier said than done if you feel rough and you have no appetite… which is why using multivitamins can be such a great option.
