4. Acerola Cherry
This is the small red cherry that you most likely will find in supermarkets and grocery stores. It is very small but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a punch!
In fact, it contains sixty five times more vitamin C than an orange! That’s impressive stuff, so it’s just a shame that they are only available at certain times during the year. The good news here though is that you can buy them in a powdered form when they’re not in season. Stock up!
