6. Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are a great source of protein, of fiber and of magnesium and zinc. That means that they can improve your digestion, bowel movements, testosterone, smell and even your prostate health.
The great thing about sunflower seeds is that they are so small and can be eaten just as they are. You can snack on them throughout the day then and as long as you don’t go too crazy with them, you shouldn’t find that they add too many calories.
Oh and they taste great when sprinkled on top of some cereal!
