It’s also full of omega 3 fatty acids, protein, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, potassium, selenium and vitamin D, among other essential nutrients.
There are tons of ways that you can enjoy salmon: grill it with some teriyaki sauce; coat it in almonds or a breadcrumb mixture and bake it, or serve it on top of a bed of lettuce or pasta.
