4. Internal Inflammation
Inflammation is usually the immune system’s way of responding when it thinks that the cells are being attacked, and this is the same reason why inflammation of several parts of the body can be expected in cases of people suffering from HELLP Syndrome. In these cases, most of the inflammation tends to be internal, and it can lead to an extreme amount of pain and discomfort due to the condition – but the good news is that it can be symptomatically treated, and the inflammation might be one way of spotting the condition earlier if it were to appear during pregnancy.
Report any discomfort, pain and other related symptoms that you might be experiencing to your doctor as soon as they happen to reduce the chances of it becoming a further risk to your health – and mention the possibility of HELLP Syndrome if you experience any associated symptoms of the disorder.
