This throw actually can cause all kinds of complaints – also being a common cause of shoulder complaints. Perhaps this should come as no surprise once you remember just how powerful these fastballs really can be!
Again, using the correct technique and a fluid motion can help to limit the problem. Make sure though, that if you or anyone else starts to notice symptoms of golfer’s elbow, that you take time out to let it rest and recover.
