4. Warm bath
Perhaps even easier than the above point, running yourself a warm bath could be a very effective way of finding some kind of relief from the pain and the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy.
Relaxing and soaking in a nice hot bath is good for the body and the mind, and everyone should make time for a good old soak every now and then. The best type of bath times is those where you know you have the house to yourself.
Light a few candles and burn a little essential oil in the diffuser and you’re on your way to perfection. Pour a nice glass of red wine and indulge in some Belgian chocolates whilst you let the bubbles ease your aches and pains and you’ve pretty much achieved perfection in the bath stakes.
It might seem incredibly basic compared to taking several tablets a day, but it might just be even more effective than that.
