3. Quit smoking
Is anyone out there still smoking? Seriously? Even with the photographs of cadavers on the front of cigarette packets and the numerous campaigns about the harmful effects of smoking.
Unfortunately, the answer is yes. There are still millions of people who can’t resist the call of the nicotine. Even with the dawn of the vaping age and the abundance of products designed to help people kick the habit, there continues to be a strong market for cigarettes.
People like to smoke, that’s the cold, hard truth right there. For people living with peripheral neuropathy though, one of the simplest and easiest ways to make a natural difference to the condition is by giving up smoking and knocking the habit on the head.
This is obviously a lot easier said than done, but if you could see the damage that each and every puff on a cigarette did to your body, you’d surely never smoke again.
