4. Muscle Cramps
Muscle cramps and spasms can be one of the worst things to live with on a regular basis, and it can easily become a chronic symptom caused by a wide variety of different conditions. Adjust your lifestyle and diet first to encompass a wider variety of vitamins and minerals to see if this makes any difference to the pain felt, but be careful when taking especially magnesium supplements where it could be a heart condition.
