The pancreas is also an important part of the digestive system. One of the things that the pancreas does is release enzymes. These enzymes help to support normal poop. If you are having issues with your pancreas, you might experience stool that is yellow in color. In addition, issues with the pancreas can cause your bowel to have a floaty or frothy appearance. You might also notice an odor that is more foul than normal. One of the issues that you might experience with the pancreas is an infection. Inflammation of the pancreas might be causing the issue as well. Stones can develop and block the ducts that come out of the pancreas, which can cause inflammation and other issues. It also could be a sign of pancreatic cancer. If you are experiencing a yellowish stool that is foamy and smells bad, it is a good idea to discuss this issue with your doctor to determine the underlying cause.
