4. Chocolate
Chocolate has for years been known as the food of the Gods, and you might already feel that way about it and consider yourself a die-hard chocolate addict. Are you the kind of person who eats chocolate by the truckload and will always have room for more chocolate in whichever form you can find it? Then you might have to consider scaling down – at least on the chocolate that contains a very high amount of cocoa.
If you already have existing gallbladder issues, then we can tell you that consuming more chocolate – while it’s one of the best-tasting things available to mankind – isn’t going to do your health any good, so scale down, change your diet and consider making an appointment with your doctor immediately. There are enough sweet alternatives to chocolate that aren’t going to cause a terribly serious gallbladder attack if you are still craving more sweet things.
