4. Applying Massage
There’s a large chance that the condition of varicose veins can be accompanied by feeling a lot of painful, uncomfortable pressure in the affected area – if this is the case, then you will likely find that some healthy, easy, natural massage is the best way to combat the condition. Massage can get circulation flowing and take off some of the pressure that causes the condition, but be careful that you don’t press the area too hard – this can just as easily make the condition worse, and you could have a problem with bruising.
