One of the lifestyle changes that your doctor will likely recommend to you if you have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue is slowing down exercise. While you should never stop exercising, there’s a very good reason why you should slow down the level of exercise you’re putting your body through with a condition like adrenal fatigue.
Too much exercise isn’t good for the body either, and ideally, you should focus on more relaxed forms of exercise that still work for the right muscle groups but don’t up the heart rate at the same time.
