As adenocarcinoma spreads throughout your body, it steals your calories to fuel its growth — thus leading to weight loss.
It’s possible that your weight loss is due to other factors like stress or lack of sleep, but it’s still worth getting a checkup so that you can verify whether or not it is caused by an underlying condition. In most cases, your doctor will review your medical records and run a couple of tests then tell you what the exact cause is.
